Hi! I am Donald Louis Siener, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I started my first business in the Dominican Republic in 1994.
Bernie Sierra and I opened Juan Dolio Real Estate in 2009 focusing on peaceful and secure, beachfront communities.
Because of my love for the Dominican Republic, I wanted to share this with a wider audience. Whether you are coming here for the first time on holiday or looking to buy a property as a holiday home, retirement retreat or just as an investment I want you to experience the Spanish speaking culture and discover all the good things about D.R. and its people.
The Dominican Republic is an amazing country with the most diverse ecology, climate and geography of anywhere in the Caribbean. The weather is incredible, especially at the time of year when in most of North America and Canada it is cold and unpleasant, to put it mildly!
Whatever your reason for coming here I and my colleagues want to ensure your time is filled with the fun and experience of a Spanish speaking country and that you will want to come back and recommend the Dominican Republic to your family and friends.
During my many years here I have been fortunate in making a lot of friends and we welcome back vacationers to our rentals year after year. Visitors know we will take great care of them and are always available to assist them with anything they need.
